Terms & conditions

  • Points deduct at checkout by series; earn 1 pt per ฿1 paid — redemption applies when you place the order.
  • Points accrue 1:1 with paid amount (฿1 = 1 pt) after payment is confirmed.
  • P series: 500 points each · W series: 800 points each · L series: 1,000 points each · D series: 1,500 points each · C series: 2,000 points each
  • Points items cannot be redeemed, purchased, or shipped alone — add at least one regular product and ship together.
  • Points redemption items are final — no returns or exchanges.
  • Queue items for checkout redemption, confirm in cart, then points deduct when you place the order.
  • Points redemption stacks with welcome, spend tiers, and member discounts (final at checkout).
